ABOUT CELLY
Celly is the only career networking and coaching service that is exclusively created to connect college and university student-athletes with employers. Created by Sam and Jeff Iserson founders of NC3 (www.nc3.com) and college lacrosse attackmen in their playing days, Celly has been developed with the needs of student-athletes in mind and designed to showcase the unique attributes that they bring to the working world.

FOR STUDENTS
We are giving you the tools to succeed in your job search. Through our platform, you can access a strengths-based profile administered by Cappfinity and run through 7 job search training modules that we have designed specifically for you as a student-athlete.
FOR EMPLOYERS
You have easy access to a targeted population that possess the attributes that you covet and translate to success in the workplace. Create a profile and post your jobs quickly and easily on our platform.
CAREER COACHING
Coaching any athlete or high-achieving individual combines preparation, practice and then execution. Career coaching is no different. We take a programmatic approach to coaching that applies best practices in career exploration, skill building and job search. The key to our approach is accountability. You can have all the best tools and content at your disposal but unless you stick with the program and execute that material is useless.
We coach hard. We demand engagement. We produce results.
